Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses

Weekends don't last long enough, i vote for shorter weeks and much longer weekends.. Hashtag Justsayin...

Although, this weekend was total bliss on the East Side. The sun was in full force, the buzz around Bondi (for sculptures by the sea) was welcoming and that feeling of sand between my toes and soft salty kisses was rather rejuvenating.

......Here's to another five days before the next two day break!

Puzzle picnic on the porch.

A rather balanced diet, if you ask me.. good for the body and even better for the soul!

Morning delight!

A snap shot of some sculptures by the sea #bondi, really something to say you've seen. Amazing!

We Sydney-siders have to be some of the luckiest people in the world to call places like this, our own!

Peace & Love. x

The rewards are endless....

-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Growing up, I never thought of being a teacher, but now I can't imagine doing anything else (at least, not now). And despite the role being challenging, I am discovering many rewards, which are truly endless.

Make a difference, they say!

I really love receiving adorable portraits (Here are a few from my kiddies in Yr 3/4)

Just a little something to say a big Thankyou! Teachers are Heros too..

Morning flowers for the desk! (From the garden, i hope their own... )

Introducing shade and tone with Yr 5, progressing onto prospective painting using watercolour pencils

Really effective hands on mathematics lesson with Year 3. Introducing fractions and equal grouping. So much fun (lesson adapted from the NSW BOS K-6 Mathematics work samples)

Salty Sunshine in Spring time

To think this is spring time, blows my mind... tops of thirty- degrees and a free day on the calendar means only one thing.... chasing the salty sunshine...

Here are a few snaps from an overdue. amazingly zen day. Giving me that boost i really needed before taking on the final term at school.

With love.... x
